What we collect

ChangeSnap stores account email, business name, change-order details, customer names, signatures, approval times and technical records needed to run the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide accounts, create customer approval links, preserve signed records, prevent abuse and support users. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and service providers

Data is hosted using Render and Neon. Payment data will be handled by our payment provider and will not be stored by ChangeSnap.

Retention and deletion

Signed approval records are retained so contractors and customers can preserve their business record. Account owners may request account deletion, subject to legal or recordkeeping requirements.
